Rare First Edition "California On Stone" Hardcover Book

This book was limited to 501 initial copies with 451 of those offered for sale. This copy is number 444 Book is priced on various sites for $100's of dollars. This book is in fantastic condition with no flaws noted it does have the previous owners name inscribed on front cover page ( pictured ) From my investigation and personal knowledge, I believe he was a lawyer and collector of art. The protective Hardcover sleeve has done it's job well. The sleeve has acquired some tears, scuffs and staining but the book is in almost pristine condition. This book is listed elsewhere online for some outrageous prices. I believe a limited group of people would be interested, rare of not, so I have kept mine substantially below the other prices.
