Rare Editions Brown and Cream Formal Dress Gold Floral Accent Velvet Tulle 4T

Elegant formal dress with a black velvet top and cream skirt. Features a gold waistband for a touch of luxury. Ideal for special occasions. Rare Editions party, church, fancy occasion dress is girls size 4T. Top bodice part of dress and long sleeves are a brown velvet velveteen material that is stretchy. Dress closes in back at neck with a button creating a keyhole. The lower part of dress has tulle and a lining under it. The sheer material over the lining has gold glitter created into flowers. They have a silver glitter middle. Between the top and skirt bottom part there is a tan ribbon sewn seam that ties in back. In description below is more detail. Made in the Philippines. Bodice 90% polyester 10% spandex. Skirt and lining are 100% polyester and do not stretch. Armpit to armpit is 9” across. Shoulder to hem is about 25” long. Dress only has one issue I can seek. The light brown ribbon that ties in back has a button on the left side. Next to the button are 3 small spots. I’m assuming there was a bow or flower that attached to the button and the child got something on the bow and the ribbon. I’ve tried a few times to get those 3 small spots off, but could not. Maybe you can or put something fancy there to cover up the spots. I see no reason for the button.
