rare plus size Hot topic Doctor Who dress hard to find now, especially in plus sizes. has decent sized pockets well made. thick material. lined top. halter style size 22 but when I was a 20 it fit perfectly so I can maybe say this runs a little bit small. absolutely stunning. not sure why I never wore it. beautiful fall colors.
