His face, ears and tail are goldtone metal and his eyes are made of sparkling green rhinestones. The smart collar is made of 3 black enameled stones. Approximate size is 1” L x 0.5” W. Carolee stamp on back. Clasp is secure, no blemishes or missing stones. Excellent condition. Has been in my family for over 30 years. So Cute!
