Rare Antique Silver Pendant / Charm with multi colored stones - Truly UNIQUE!

This is a rather rare piece that might be used as pendant as well as a charm, it is very interesting and adorned with cabochon stones that I am assuming are coral, turquoise, and garnet. It features a truly artisan work with a lot of flowers and twisted ropes; it appears to be constructed from quarter parts united at the top and the bottom through the coral. Generally speaking I am kind of lost in reference to style and provenance, but the beauty and intricacy of the design captivated me and decided to acquire it. It could be Indian during the Victorian regime. It measures 37.26 mm tall without the bale (just about 1-1/2") by 23 mm diameter at its widest point (just about 1" diameter).
