Is this 14K gold plate? Is the ring stamped for metal content?

Would you describe the zircons as pave? Would you personally consider this ok for a man's pinkie ring?

@johnboy750 Yes, it is stamped 925 inside the band of the ring and is gold vermeil. Gold vermeil, while similar to gold plating, has some key differences that make it distinctive. Vermeil is a technique originating in the 19th century, where gold was applied to sterling silver. Gold vermeil is also made through the gold plating technique but requires a thicker layer of gold. In this case, the gold layer must be above 2.5 microns.

@johnboy750 The zircons are all prong set not pave. If you like large gems and bling, you will love this ring no matter which finger it is worn on. And wearing it on the pinkie will certainly attract much attention!
