It is an elastic waist skirt. The measurement all the way around the elastic is approximately 25 inches. Hope this helps. It is a beautiful, high quality skirt.

The skirt arrived today. You advertised it as 100% cotton. It’s Viscose. I wouldn’t have bought it if I’d known it wasn’t cotton. Very disappointed.
