Ramy Brook designer blouse in a royal blue hue. Features long sleeves and a stylish tie detail. Button front closure. Size small with a pit to pit 22" and length 20". This is new with tags but I see 2 little dark spots on the front bottom. It is hard to notice but I see them. They will probably come out once cleaned. Price reflects those 2 little spots
