Absolutely gorgeous top by Rampage. A sheer royal blue covers a stretchy blue liner. Cinched in the chest area and adorned with a couple of feathers gives off a Bohemian feel. Beautiful to wear with dress pants or skirt or pair of jeans depending on the occasion. As I was folding I did notice a couple of very small hiccups, possible snags, near the very bottom in the back. I didn’t notice until I was folding. It was just dry cleaned.
