charlestsorenss Kind thanks -- very helpful. As I understand it, jackets that are a specific size like 42R still can vary by 5 cm in the shoulder inseam. Buying the wrong jacket can result in a sloppy fit. Poshmark provides excellent guidance, and I wish all sellers followed it, as it would result in greater sales and better customer satisfaction. philedward Could you provide measurements with the jacket laid flat of: jacket width from arm pit to arm pit, jacket width across the jacket at the top of the pockets, sleeve length from shoulder seam to cuff, amount of fabric available inside the cuff to let out the sleeves, length of the jacket in the back from the bottom of the collar to the bottom of the hem. Regarding the slacks: total length from waist band to bottom of cuff, inseam from bottom of crotch to cuff, rise from bottom of crotch to waist.

philedward Renewing my November 5 request for measurements. It would be the rare customer who would buy a suit, particularly one with surgeons cuffs on the jacket and cuffs on the trousers, without knowing all the important measurements.
