Hi, i'm back. I think i'd like to purchase. It's not that much white! But i don't understand the measurements. Laid flat, armpit to armpit is 18"? But waist is NOT laid flat, side to side? How about hip? 28" waist is way too small around for me, but i often wear a size 8. Just trying to be sure.
