mlwlh Hi there! I would say it runs true to size; I'm typically a medium in most brands, and I'm a medium across Realisation Par. The straps are also adjustable, so the dress can accommodate different bust sizes and coverage preferences. I'm looking at the dress now and can confirm there are no stains or tears. It has been gently worn a few times, but I don't see any signs of damage or wear.
