Vintage Raku pottery vase/vessel off white and gray crackle pattern with a gorgeous multicolored inlay that depicts a mountain like scene. This one of a kind piece was created by a local Louisiana artist- Gary Ratcliff in 1996 for the Northeast Louisiana University(NLU) art show (now known as University of Louisiana at Monroe)
Vase measures approximately: 5 inches tall x 3.75 inches in diameter
Condition: pre-owned in excellent condition. No flaws. No chips or cracks. Item has been cleaned and sanitized.

**More about the artist**
Mr. Ratcliff holds the B.A. degree in ceramics from Greenville College in Illinois and the M.F.A. in ceramics from East Texas State University. His work is characterized by fine craftsmanship and creativity, incorporating a variety of traditional and non-traditional techniques. Ratcliff also specializes in designing, building and repairing pottery equipment. Mr. Ratcliff is now retired from teaching at ULM ( formerly NLU)
