Rajlaxmi Beautiful Ethnic Indian Dress Size XXL

This is a beautiful ethnic Indian dress with stich details on the chest. The skirt part is long and pleated, the fabric feels of good quality, no rips or tears. The size is XXL but seems to run very small around the chest and waist, chest 18" waist 17". 40" from waist to bottom. Does not specify the material it is made out of.
