Center stone is natural mosaic jasper stone. Jasper is considered both a gemstone and a crystal, depending on it's appearance and origin. Jasper is also considered a metaphorphic rock. The surrounding bezel setting is wrapped in two layers of sterling silver rope shaped halos. The stone is surprisingly in wonderful condition despite its age. Under the head is stamped with 925, tested positive as sterling when checked. The shank is straight style. Very beautiful and peculiar ring. I have lots of other jewelry in my shop.
