This cute,tube top/Beach coverup/Mini Dress was purchased in Mexico & it has no size or fabric labels. However,it fits me,so I would say it is a size L/XL & it feels like it's made of a very soft cotton material. It is rouched on the top & very stretchy & it has fun fringe on the bottom with straps on the top which can either be tied around the neck or it can be worn strapless with the ties in a bow. In really vibrant colors of turquoise,hot pink,yellow,green & purple. There are sparkly sequins & an embroidered tropical flower 🌼 🌸 on the skirt,with side slit on one side. Really CUTE!
