jenndjackson83 hello there. could you tell me the pit to pit measurements as well as the hip measurements? my last rain jacket was a tad too tight and it was not comfortable to wear. is this a heavy jacket or just more of a light rain jacket? thanks. kindly Jennifer

jenndjackson83 @michaelcraig963 i don't need anything with fur or warmth inside. I have one of those. I just want an outer layer to wear over me when I walk my dog in light rain. if that makes sense. this seems to be that. maybe you could add another picture of the inside for me.
