Rain Boots

These Target branded rain boots have a faux lace up front to make them stylish. Adorable but have some blemishes that comes with the territory of the rubber shoe industry. They measure 14.5” from heel to top edge and are 7” wide at the calf. Size 9. Easy pezzy and cute.
