Rails striped/floral button down top

Frances Banker striped top with floral embroidery on the front. Has blue and white stripes and big front flap pockets. Can wear with the sleeves rolled up or you can even unbutton and tie the bottom of the shirt to wear multi-seasonal. Great condition just has a few wrinkles from storage!!! Fits a comfortable small and possibly a snug medium.
