Rails snow overalls size large

Getting ready for the snow with these rails Seattle snow bib/overalls in navy size large - pretty sure it’s a woman’s large - adjustable straps, vented sides. They measure 15 inches across the chest unstretched about 19 inches across the widest part and they have a 30 inch inseam. Adjustable shoulder straps not sure if they’re supposed to be stretchy. They don’t have a lot of stretch in them, but they are still adjustable.
