Rails Black Long Sleeve Blouse with Bow Tie and Stars Small

This is a beautiful Rails long sleeve top in black with almost a blue-like tone in a size small with measurements as follows: PTP: ~18" Length (from mid-shoulder): ~24" Length (center): ~25" Arm sleeve length: ~21" In good used condition (GUC). One of the arm sleeve buttons has been reattached with different-colored thread than the original (see photos). Has a cutout and bow tie detail in the front. In a great neutral color and flattering shape that lends itself to many occasions. Can be dressed up or down. Comes from a cat-friendly home, though great care is a taken to remove any lint and pet hair before shipping.
