Rails Amelia Dress Size XS Ptp 16” Waist flat unstretched 10.5” ( will comfortably stretch to 13”) Length 44” The Amellia Dress is breezy, breathable, and made to wear anywhere. This 70s-inspired striped dress creates a gorgeous print on the luxurious linen fabric, ruffles appear at the neckline, and smocking cinches the waist. The full skirt, which hits mid-calf, has ruffles at each tier. 89% Linen | 11% Nylon. There is a tiny spot near the waist band about the size of a lemon seed. In all honesty it may be an irregularly in the fabric but I’m listing and photographing it to cover all my bases. The dress is currently full price on the Rails website
