After receiving critical acclaim for his creations, Raikes approached the company Applause to see if they would license his product, which they did in 1985. The Jamie bear was created in 1985 and Raikes bears were made in limited editions. The bear has a carved wooden face and foot pads. The arms and legs are jointed. Plaid ribbon around his neck. The original tag is attached, but the info about Robert Raikes and his creations that was inside the tag is missing. The bear measures approx. 9 inches. This bear is from an estate collection and is in great overall condition. There are a few barely visible marks on the wood pad on the right side that may just be the inherent nature of the wood Size: 9 inches
