Raga Womens‎ White Mini Nomad embosed appliqué miniskirt small NEW

This is a new Raga mini skirt called nomad. It is sold at revolve but they are out of stock. Original price was $118. It has very pretty light silver embellishments throughout the skirt. It does have a cotton lining as well . It is 100% cotton and the measurements are in the pictures. It is an elastic waist and laying flat measuring the front waist only is 13 1/2 inches across, but I can stretch the elastic comfortably in the front for it to go to the 16 inch mark. Hand wash. Please double check the measurement sizing is what you are happy with as the skirt does not have a size on it. I have gone by the measurement and Raga sizing dimension charts.
