anasseh @anakaren159 Hi. I feel for a 38 these are a touch small. I generally feel that size 38 fits my size 8 foot. that being said I have more of an issue with my foot being on the wide side and with boots I have big calves. so presently I'm not pleased with most of my boots fit. I think if you are a true 7.5 and don't have a wide got they should fit. I measured the base from heel to toe and it's almost exactly 10 inches. hope that helps
