Rafuse Decoupage Art piece. 10X10 By will Rafuse. Rafuse was born in Calgary, Alberto. After spending many years living in the prairies he moved to Vancouver in 1986. He received a diploma in graphic arts and illustration from capilano college in North Vancouver and continued his education of Vancouver community and multimedia. Aside from illustrating for a number of corporations, he has been a regular at "painters" corner in Stanley park. Vancouver numerous corporations and individuals around the world collect his art.
