Rafaella Two Button Black Blazer

Rafaella blazer, size 10 petite. Black with a two button front closure. Around hip length. Feels like there is a small amount of padding in the shoulders. I can’t tell if the pockets are decorative or just sewn shut since the interior is fully lined. Button detail on the sleeve as well. Excellent used condition PTP 20 Length 23
