prettyinink22 What is the picture of the mark on the side? Is it a chip? I’m asking because I just got a mug in the mail and it was completely smashed because the seller did not pack it at all. It was literally just in the box. I’m still waiting on my Poshmark refund, but this is the actual mug I wanted, but unfortunately, if there’s any kind of chip in it, I wouldn’t be able to take it.

stephsortvntg22 Hi @prettyinink22 no chips, just a couple small flecks of discoloration that are glazed over, like the last picture. I assume these are manufacturing flaws and are not obvious. I will wrap the mug well for shipment. Thanks for reaching out for clarification!

prettyinink22 @stephsortvntg22 i’m honestly just debating if I wanna go through the process again and I still haven’t gotten my refund for the first one, but this has been the mug. I’ve wanted for two years and my best friend actually sent me the money because I’ve been having some severe health issues and I already deal with chronic illness and it was a giftso I don’t even have the money to spend until they refund me
