Rad Vintage 1980s 1990s Neon Surf Beach Baby Muscle Tank

50% cotton / 50% poly. In great gently used condition. Some minor cracking to the decal. Not super noticable overall or on but see zoomed in photo. My baby wore this at 6 months on her first cruise. She got so many compliments, and it was perfect with some room to grow, so I’m listing it as a 6-9 months. See photos for measurements.
