luciart99 @ferguson52 hi there! it is a halter top, so it's tough to get a "fixed" measurement (because the drape shifts when you put the dress on... does that make sense?) measured flat, it's 16". I normally would feel snug in that, but this dress feels generous. I hope that helps.
