Rachel Roy Pleated Multi Color 100% Silk Skirt hip hugger size 2 to 4

Rachel Roy 100% silk pleated skirt. Multi color button front. Size 2. 28” to 28 1/2” waist or falls on hips if you have a smaller waist like a hip hugger. Hidden button front with fabric covered buttons. Had this in my climate controlled closet in my smoke free and pet free home just waiting for a special occasion but never got around to wearing it. Fastener at the top so no problem with pulling button off. Sad to see it up for sale as this is absolutely gorgeous! I’m a size 4 to 6 and fits tight.
