Rachel Roy Floral Print Women's Top

This is a swing top by Rachel Roy in a linen blend in cream with goldenrod and cocoa colored roses imprinted. It has a ruffle lined square neckline and button front. There are pin tuck pleats on each side under a square collar placket. It has three quarter large puff sleeves that gather at the cuff with a small ruffle and it's a crop length at 21". It measures 20" ptp and 23" across at the hem. So cute with jeans or trousers.
