This pretty dress is from Rachel Roy in a misses size 10. Solid cobalt blue in color. Soft and stretchy, made of polyester, rayon and spandex. Has a goldtone back zipper. Not sure if this is intentional with the zipper pull..see photo, but it's short. Below the knee on me, designed to hug your curves.
