Rachel Roy $129 Size 4 Tammi Sleeveless Pleated Boat Print Sequin Waist Dress. I absolutely ADORE this whimsical little dress! The top is 100% cotton and the bottom is a cotton silk blend. Look closely and you'll see a yellowish boat print throughout the skirt and a delightful blend of fabrics as you move up. The center waistband boasts rows of sequins and the bodice has a net-like layer. Side zip closure, fully lined, and absolutely adorable. This dress is NWOT and has never been worn, though it does still somehow have a small flaw to disclose. Please see the last photo for a pull in the mesh. Price has been adjusted accordingly.
