Revolve Rachel Pally Brand new without tag (partially there) must have fallen in transit. Nautical, patriotic, and just fun. Super cute mini dress with cutout at chest with ties. Reading through some of the descriptions, it does say it fits a little shorter than expected, so I would size down. I would say this would be an extra small/small. Petite sized xs/s would be best I would say. But with the measurements I will be exact When I get back to my shop, I will take exact measurements. It is adorable and would be a perfect outfit for the summer. I’m sad. I didn’t post it sooner because this would be the perfect Fourth of July outfit.
