Do you have the waist measurements for the skirt? Any flaws?

@rosegold415 first of all, thank you very much. You’re very kind. The waist is the elastic so it has a lot of gift to it. It’s a brand new skirt and I don’t think there any flaws but I will check it again to make sure and get back to you.there shouldn’t be any senses brand new and has been hanging in my closet, but you never know.
