This is a signed poster of Rachel Ballinger. She is sister to Colleen Ballinger who plays the character Miranda Sings. She is her own YouTuber now as well! As you can see some light wear and tear. The middle portion has some marks/lines NOT rips. That are visible closer but harder to see from far away. One small tear at the top as pointed out in the last picture!
