RVCA Black Dress

This dress was made in India. Sorry for the wrinkles. Bought it never wore it so it was stored in a container. It has cris cross straps in the front end back. A V-shape in front and back. Tag says size medium. Measurements while lying flat: Across Bust (pit to pit): 18" Across Middle: 20: Across Bottom: 25" Length: 31.5" in middle- sides a bit shorter 28"
