This dress is quite stretchy and drapes beautifully. While it is labeled as a size XL, I would place this as more of a size 6. Perfect cruise dress, whether as a stunning poolside coverup or an elegant cocktail dress. Underarm to underarm 19” Waist 14” hips 18” all measurements approx., flat and unstretched.
