New without tags. I have a huge lot of RTB items from an estate. These were sold at motorcycle/bike rallies. Size is WOMEN's MEDIUM. Pit to pit is 13" and made to stretch so this is form fitting. Length is approx. 26". My mannequin is a size 6 so will fit smaller than a Medium but it does look small when you pull it out of the package. Tie-dye effect. Variations in color are normal.
