RS Germany Hand Painted Rose Small Scalloped Bowl This is a beautiful used 5" across by 2.25” deep Bowl Made by R.S. Germany, Reinhold Schlegelmilch, Tilowitz, Silesia, Germany, made between 1917 and 1945. The basic colors are a white with pink roses and green leaves. There is a small manufacturing flaw on the outside of the bowl, it has a tiny spot of paint that looks like a smudge that was done before the bowl was fired. There are no chips, cracks, fleabites, crazing or repairs.
