melto9 @msrogo , Hi, the measurements put to put are 20 inches. The length from shoulder to hem is 44 inches . Fabric is 100% polyester and it’s lined but no stretch. Hope this helps

msrogo @melto9 aww bummer - the chest is good but much too long for me. At 5’3”, a 44” dress makes me look dumpy :( Such a pretty pattern and color!!

msrogo @melto9 lol - I can’t even see a button on, and I’m too lazy to go to the drycleaners and I don’t know a seamstress - so if I buy something that’s too long (like my many, many Lilly Pulitzer maxi dresses and palazzo pants) or if I lose a button at the waist of a pair of pants or shorts, I just never wear them again.?But I do appreciate it!
