ROYAL WORCESTER EGG CODDLERS. SET OF 3 VINTAGE 1970's

This set consists of : 1 MAXIME SIZE Royal Worcester egg coddler in the Rhapsody pattern of blue acorns and foliage on a white background. It was produced in England from 1977 until it was discontinued in 1983. Size of porcelain base is 3 5/8" tall x approximately 3 3/4" in diameter.. With the lid on the coddler is 5 1/4"from the base to the top of the lifting ring. The condition is excellent with no chips or cracks in the base and very minimal scratches in the steel lid. Royal Worcester no longer produces this size of coddler. A special backstamp includes the date and pattern name .1975 Rhapsody 2 KING SIZE Royal Worcester egg coddlers in the Evesham pattern of a Peach on one side, Currants on one and a Bay Leaf on the third. The pattern was introduced in the 1960's and is now discontinued. The size of the porcelain base is 3 1/4" tall and 2 1/2" in diameter. With the lid on the coddler is 4" tall to the top of the lifting ring. The condition of both coddlers is excellent with no chips or cracks in the base and very minimal scratches in the steel lids.
