This is occuring when I use CLASSIC LIST not "Smart List" I have complained to customer support, but they will not remove me from having to deal with this obnoxious & needless feature. Reposhing this from a seller that we TRADED an item. I took the tags off and I tried to use it one day, but the straps kept pulling my hair. I guess I'm just too short to wear a crossbody bag draped across myself. Excellent condition, practically brand new. Literally, like new off the rack. Consider this a gentle demo.
