signamk @mendalynnwins hello there, the size large band will fit a big snug and you would need to add an extra hole. Usually watch repair shops do it for free. But it will be a bit on the tight side.

chelseasclos3t I received this item as a gift for my Birthday a few days ago and I am having issues with my band. The band seems to be to wide for the clasp. Is there any way to change it out? @signamk

signamk @chelseasclos3t Hello there, I am sorry you are having trouble with the buckle. The pin goes through the second tab, not the first. Please see the photo in the listing. Can I trouble you with double-checking if you are actually buckling it correctly?

signamk @chelseasclos3t Hello again and sorry for the delayed response. So, it sounds like the issue is that the band is too big for you. Can I trouble you with your wrist size? I do have a shorter band which might work for you. I am guessing your wrist is on the smaller size. I’d be happy to do an exchange but i believe poshmark will charge you for shipping.
