Formal hi-lo dress worn for a black tie awards event for work. Beautiful. Top is stretchy, deep V, cross look. Skirt portion is full of volume, not stretchy. Sash for waist is detachable, so you can tie in front or in back. I had no one to zip me up so didn’t take a pic of the back. Seriously beautiful dress.
