R&M Richards emerald green sequins dress

This is an emerald green sequins dress with 3/4 inch sleeves. It shimmers in all the right places. I included a photo showing the little strings that are just part of how this dress is made. I bought it this way, just how the material is. Dress has only been worn one time as seen in the photo above.
