R&M Richards Navy Cocktail Blouse with built in Duster Size 10. Originally part of a 2 piece pants set. The pants were altered and are not available. The blouse was never worn and still has the tags. It would be easy to find pants or a skirt to wear with this. Beautiful pearl beading at the neck and sheer sleeves. Nice for a wedding or cocktail party.
