Elegant floral high-low dress with a bow accent. Features a black top and a vibrant floral skirt. R & M Richard’s very well made dress. Only worn 1x for a couple of hours for a fashion show I received many compliments on it. I don’t see any known issues it still looks like new. The tie bow makes it easy to adjust to a smaller size also and is VERY FIGURE FLATTERING! Size 12 but could definitely fit a smaller size.
