R&M Richards Black & Grey Floral High-Lo Tie Dress 3/4 Sleeves Size 14

Not even sure I ever wore this - always wanted to, but never found the right time! The dress is a size 14, with a high-lo skirt with a large black and grey floral pattern. About the tie is plain black in a stretchy material. The only area of concern is the string loop the tie goes through on the back left side.
